Tabata WOD

8 rounds of 20:10 (20sec work:10sec rest)

Heavy bag combos (no need to count, just go hard)
Thrusters (6kg med ball)
Push ups
Skipping
Sit ups


Count reps in every set, add your lowest score of each exercise.

Cate = 48
(push ups=6, skipps=27 all other rounds were 38+, sit ups=7, thrusters=8)
Brilliant! have to apologise for making cate laugh during her push ups and sit ups... sorry :)
