Kylie and Belinder are both personal trainers who specialise in crossfit. Both have been training in the crossfit principal for the past 10 months.
Kylie is from a gymnastics background and Belinder from Marital Arts. Both have required a strong discipline which now enhances the crossfit programing.
Our combined qualifications include: Fitness Cert 3 and 4 Personal Training, boxing for fitness level one Strength and conditioning, Australian Kettlebell instructor aswell as club weightlifting and sports power coach level 1.
