Come and Try WOD

A good turn out tonight for our first free come and try session. With 13 keen recruits eagar for a good workout, everyone worked hard and pushed on through.
The evening panned out well with the main WOD being:

As many rounds as you can in 25min

1 x Lap Run
20 x Over Head walking lunge
10 x KB Swings
20 x MB Slams
10 x Push Ups
20 x Sumo Deadlift High Pull
20 x Sit ups
