WOD @ Fadden Pines

Just Jane and some noisy Kookaburras out in Fadden pines this morning, perfect morning for a run and a quick 10-1 WOD.10-1

Dead Lift
Back Squats
Push Ups
Floor Wipers
Hill sprint

Finished with a jog to Cate's house to say hi... sorry cate :)

Jane did a excellent WOD down in Fadden Pines this morning, will definately have to bump up that weight for your Deadlifts.
