Kirstin and Amy's facial expressions were priceless when we announced that the WOD had more burpees :)
Start and finish with 25 Burpees and 50 skipps between each exercise.

50 x Sit Ups
50 x Back extensions
25 x Burpees
All 3 worked so well that we did another a quick 3 rounds to finish the night off.
