Pines this morning. Push ups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then did another one&lt;br /&gt;21,15,9&lt;br /&gt;400m row&lt;br /&gt;Chins&lt;br /&gt;Handstand Push ups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Followed by&lt;br /&gt;3 x max ring L-Hold&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then... Nice start with a good trye session at bootcamp.
